Self-propelled, with digital temperature & speed settings, and fixed material guides, wedge welders maintain consistent weld conditions, and therefore offer reproducible, quality welds. Wedge welders are known to be free from most of the operator-dependent maneuvers that can produce errors with other plastic welding techniques.
